Welcome to Arbrax Technologies. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services, including our web development, custom software engineering, e-commerce platforms, and web applications. Services & Delivery
Arbrax Technologies provides web development, custom web applications, Shopify & e-commerce development, and managed Operate services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs are outlined in your individual project agreements or invoices. While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, they are dependent on the prompt provision of materials, assets, and approvals by the client.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, Arbrax Technologies transfers complete authority and ownership of the custom code, designs, and assets to the client. Until final payment is successfully processed, all software code, assets, workflows, and visual designs remain the sole property of Arbrax Technologies.
Payment Terms
Payments are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified in writing. We reserve the right to suspend ongoing development, pause managed Operate infrastructure, or withhold delivery of raw source code and final handoffs for any overdue accounts.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Arbrax Technologies, nor its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our systems or services.
